Our Counseling sessions will be held through Microsoft Teams. You won't need to download anything. All you need is a laptop, a tablet or a phone with internet access. After scheduling a session, you will receive a link from me through which you will have access to the video call.
You can choose between a single "deep dive" session, that will allow you to dive deeper into one-time specific topic within one 90-minute-session or you can choose one of the counseling packages, which contain multiple single sessions. The packages allow you to work with me for a longer period of time and cover a variety of different topics .
Whether you prefer weekly calls or sessions every 2-3 weeks, the choice is yours! We'll figure out what works best for you and how I can support you in a way that suits you and your lifestyle the most.
My counseling sessions are flexible and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're looking for short-term support around a specific issue or seek long-term guidance – I am here to walk this path with you, at your own pace.
My counseling packages offer the opportunity to work together over a longer period of time. They allow us to explore one topic in more depth or look at several different areas of your life that are in need of support. We will have plenty of time to uncover the roots of your challenge(s), identify underlying patterns and develop sustainable strategies that truly help you.
Once you have used up a counseling package, you can purchase a new one. You decide how long and how often you would like to receive support from me.
The 50-minute sessions are designed to provide a structured framework enabling you to work on your goals and achieve lasting change in your life. Each session is carefully planned to ensure we cover everything necessary for your progress.

To help you decide whether this type of support is right for you, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call as an optional add-on to any package. This will give you the chance to get to know me, ask questions, and talk about what’s currently on your mind – before deciding whether you’d like to begin counseling. This call is entirely optional and not required for booking a package.
Single sessions provide the opportunity to dive into one specific issue in a one-time 90-minute appointment. This is ideal if you’re looking for professional support concerning one specific issue without wanting to commit to long-term counseling.
In a 90-minute session, we will take a focused look at your topic, explore possible root causes and identify practical solutionsBefore the session, you will fill out a short questionnaire so that I can prepare in a way that is tailored to your specific needs.
