Depending on where you are in the world, you have the option to choose a so-called Walk-and-Talk-Session. During these sessions, we go for a walk together or sit down in a public park or café to talk about what’s on your mind and practice mental health skills together. This is a great alternative for anyone who would like to get away from screens for a bit.

At the moment I live in the Northern part of the Bay Area (North Bay).
"Walk-and-Talk"-appointments are possible in and around Sonoma County and Marin County.
