This guided exercise is based on the Internal Family Systems model (IFS) and invites you to turn your attention inward with curiosity and openness. We notice the different parts within you and approach them with compassion rather than pushing them away or fighting them. This exercise is especially helpful when you're processing difficult emotions or looking to ground yourself in a moment of overwhelm.

More InformationChange doesn't only happen in our sessions, it happens in the moments in between. That's why I love creating worksheets for my clients that help them explore the topics we've discussed and carry them into everyday life. My worksheets are designed to be useful not just during our work together, but also as a resource you can return to long after. You will find a selection of them here as downloadable PDFs.
